Saddam
One was offended that the art of Iraq was destroyed
in the destruction of Saddam Hussein statues
and the planned looting of the museums.
Another was offended that the sovereignty of Iraq
was violated in the lack of respect for Iraqis as Americans
intent on pleasing George Bush recruited a few Iraqis and
provided them the cameramen and tank. A third was upset that the truth was violated
.. with a virtual 1 to 1 ratio between a dozen
recruited Iraqis and cameramen.. and 1 American tank.
A fourth got angry with me.. that I did not
hate Saddam as she did..
I asked her..
what media do you listen to?
who owns it? Rupert Murdoch? Michael Eisner? Jerry Levin?
Who wished Saddam Hussein to attack Iran? The CIA
Who funded Saddam's attacks on Iran? The CIA
Who likes to divide Muslim from Muslim? Muslim from Christian?
Buddhist from Hindu? Hindu from Christian?

We say what we must learn. The writer must learn
nonviolence in thought word and deed. National leaders
in general do not eschew violence. George Washington
killed Native Americans as Saddam Hussein is alleged
to have killed Kurds. George Washington sat in a big house
in winter while his soldiers' feet froze off.
Abraham Lincoln hanged draft resisters.. and violated
habeas corpus.. and put tens of thousands of peace activists
in jail. Mao, Napoleon, .. every national leader but
Gandhi has used violence to accomplish his or her objectives.
Who funded the secular socialist Saddam's

If Saddam has caused violence to others, he will answer
to God .. just as you and I will answer for the violence
in thought, word or deed we have committed to any being.
Before Americans go around the world changing the lives of
others.. America should get rid of the assassins in America paid by your tax dollars.. get rid of Merck which caused
AIDS in Africa.. the Bioport of Michigan which destroyed
many lives..
