Subject: Fw: Arrested Protesters Need Your Help!
PLEASE FORWARD
There was a large, spirited, and peaceful anti-war demo in Cleveland on
Friday, March 28th. Despite an outrageous police presence and police
hitting protesters with their cars (and even running over one protester's
leg with their car) the marchers remained upbeat and peaceful. At around
5:30pm the police attacked the march and violently arrested three women
and two men. The two men were charged with Assault on a Police Officer
(a felony), and one of the women was charged with Aggravated Rioting
(another felony). The other two women were charged with various
misdemeanors.
There is some video of the arrests that prove that these charges are
completely false, but there were many more people who were videotaping
and taking pictures at the protest. These are needed to help give
further evidence that these are bogus charges.
Anyone who has any video or pictures of the arrests (or the police using
their cars as weapons against protesters) are asked to please mail copies
ASAP to:

Also needed are detailed personal narratives by anyone who witnessed the
arrests (or the police attacking with their cars) that are preferably
typed and contain your name and address. Please send these to the above
address.
Money is needed for bail and legal fund. If you can donate please send

And finally, please call City Hall and tell them to drop all the charges
