TO SPEAK TO THE WORLD

How could i have spoken to the world?
When within me, my worms grumble wishing to be heard
When not fed and place well
Could you feel echo of their lament?
When my eyes see crooks and cheats around
When my hear can't stand the spillage of blood that haunt the air
Would you have known as they need to be known

How could i have spoken to the world?
Could you as you heard of it?
Of tears of those slave in procession
Of calls of messiahs who end such
Of betrayal of a soul for penny
And of the laments of ignored race
Of all stories of ages
How would you have known?

How could i have spoken to the world
To show you tale hanging, longing to fall
So to lighten the burden of the past and
To unveil knots of the days
How could you have known?
Thanks to words on my sheets
Kudos to the script, as she splash
my hearth over the earth
And make me live till morrow
To stay and live for life
To speak to the world, not without this art
