i don't care about attention
don't need to show affection for
the cause is lost and i don't trust anything
you say or do in spite of me

imperfect hair and imperfect smile
strech marks, ballooning back and forth
and i regret there hasnt been
a period of great weight loss

you're counting calories
expressing through the things you eat
the wrong things make you lose your sleep
and i'm sick of whining
and nobody even noticed i dyed my hair
