What is tomorrow came

And i was gone

Would you admit

That you were wrong

About how you treated me

Because i've been hurting

From it as you can see

You know it's true

Because you've seen me cry

But what if tomorrow came

And we never got to say goodbye



So if tomorrow came

And i had to die

I would want to

Tell you a real goodbye

And i'd want you to know

Everything that i feel for you

And let you know that

Leaving will be the hardest

Thing for me



But but things don't always

Work that way

So if tomorrow comes

And i don't get another day

And i leave with no goodbye

Here's what i'd really

Like to say

I love you so much baby

Even though you don't realize it

You've done a lot for me

You gave me a lot of memories

Some good and some bad

But don't worry

I love you

Fot the good times

Not for when you made me mad

I appreciate all those things

You've ever done for me

To make me feel good

Thats the way

Things should have been

I felt the way i should

I also do care

A lot about you

And i know you

Felt the same way

Towards me

So now i promise

You'll be in my heart

For all eternity

I promise to love you

For a very long time

And when i die

You'll be on my mind



So when tomorrow comes

And i don't get that extra day

To say all the things

That i really need to say

I hope you will
