Alone in the darkness, thoughts in my head

Alone with pain enough to wish I was dead.
Alone, facing truths I don't want to hear
Alone, can't seem to find the light
Alone, living in constant fear
That I'm losing this fight.
Alone, left in the wake of so many mistakes
Alone, with myself, face to face
Alone, unsure of how much more I can take
Alone, I just want out of this place.
Alone, picking up the shattered remains of my heart
Alone, struggling for a way out
