Just Hoping

She’s uncovering the mystery

Layer by layer

Of what is really inside me

Finding out everything

I see she’s getting through

Not knowing if she’s

Found out something new

That puts doubts in her mind

I want to be controlling

And only show her what she wants

But this effort might be tolling

She’ll end up solving someone else

When will her investigation

Show the bads, the angries

And clues to my frustration

When will her investigation

Show why she really doesn’t

Need all my imitation

And tell my when will she

Realize that you have just realized

Your fate, your fate

She knows your just waiting

Knowing that someday

She’ll solve the mystery

And that it might end in a way

That you never saw coming

With seven hugs every day

And perfect weather for running.
