The path of my shadow

I'm tired to fight myself
Tired to be someone
All I wanted to do was to bring something new
But the fear inside of me
Left me something that I'll never be

A reflect in the mirror
A silence for a few hours
Sometimes we can see rage in your eyes
What I see is your soul burning inside

Cause there are so many stars in the sky
And I don't know which one to follow
Maybe it's time for me to deny
The path of my own shadow

So happiness could be a legend
Dead memorires could be my only friends
I will not beg here for the rest of my life
I got enough dreams to live for a while

Between hell and heaven
Could it be an understanding
Since God gave to Earth his pardon
The devil stopped to always win

A begginning at the end
A reason to start all over again
I know it seems to be no one here
Maybe except people to leave

So the world showed me how to walk
The silence finally forced me to talk
And now I can say that going no where
Is better then be back down there
