Since my sister was little, she dreamed about wearing high heels, just like my mom, and when she got twelve my parents gave her her first pair of high heels, the first of many that she got along the years, and since that day she never stop wearing them. It did not matter where we where going, how long we where walking, how much time we where going to be standing up, she would always wear her pair of high heels, she even got a pair to wear at school with her uniform in junior high, and also a pair of flip flops with heels to wear at the beach and at the pool. As the time passed she kept wearing high heels, to school, to a party, to a restaurant, everywhere, even now. If it is sunny in the spring, or hot in the summer, windy in the fall or cold in the winter, she would use high heels. If she is wearing a dress, a pair of jeans, a pair of shorts or a cute skirt she would wear a pair of them. She does not wear them to look taller, she wears them because she likes them, she even has a pair for every kind of occasion you could think of, a pair for a wedding or graduation, one for a party, a pair for walking, a pair to have fun with, a pair that goes with everything, a favorite pair, a pair that never goes out of fashion, a pair that hurt to wear, a pair to beautiful to wear, a pair to expensive to mistreat, a pair I wish I had, and the list goes on and on. High heels are her signature, when you think of her you think of them, when you go into her closet this is the first thing you see, when you want to give her a gift you automatically think about the pair of high heels she saw at the store the other day, when we walk into the mall the first thing she wants to see are the shoes, specially the heels. She even walks better and faster when she wears them, she is so used to them that when she is not wearing them she gets tired faster. She has even got hurt because of some heels that are extremely tall, but she does not care, she keeps wearing them. It does not matter how bad she hurts herself by them, you would always see her with a pair of them in her feet.
