yesterday my ear was bleeding

and I didn't even know

you hurt me bad yesterday

and I have the bruises to show

the one on my left arm

looks like I got hit with a baseball

which makes the three on my right arm

not look bad at all

but all four of them are hurting

all four of them are sore

why are you doing this?

you weren't like this before

I remember yesterday so vividly

and how I've never felt so scared

it all came so suddenly

I wasn't even prepared

I was struggling to be set free

because I just wanted to get away

and I don't know how it happened

but I'm at your house again today
