Even when Michael disputed with the accuser

of the brethren---also known as the abuser

of Truth; and toward God the great refuser

(reminds me of brass trumpets of a graceless loser)---

Michael did not give into mere insult,

but merely addressed the interferer's fault,

with this:  The Lord rebuke you, which must be,

for Christians, the final reply, allusively

referring to the infernal penalty

that the accuser as well as each deputy

of his shall face, the punitive destiny

of isolation in untold, searing agony

in Lake Fire, for ceaseless eternity.
