                 FLEETING MOMENTS

          Fleeting moments of my life
          Little wisps of time
          Racing toward eternity
          To a place sublime

          Joyful moments have been many
          With age I came to know
          Life on earth is fleeting
          As those moments quickly go

         Sorrows too have touched my life
         It was then I knew
         Life is not without its pain
         Dreams that go askew  

        So it is with moments
        As they hurry on their way
        Keeping records of our time
        Memories of each day
