Stargazing

Folder:
innocence

And its all just one big mystery

looking up through the shining galaxy

Blurry, the mind grows tired

of the enormous universe that one can't

hope to see

As all of life is one's own perception

And our lives have no constant direction

changing every moment of the day

Seconds fly by, blazing like meteorites; away

I can't see you, there's a wall

Whoever said the world was small?

Hand in hand, without feeling or touch

My emotions at rest, my heart is clutched

fading, into the black, black sky

and all the fireflies pass me by

It's all I ever hoped to be

An ignorant child, pretending to see
