No exit, no escape

Two windows is the only sight

Darkness with no light

Always looking out with no light shining in

Voices with no faces

Torture that none can feel

Pain that is hidden deep inside

A life term prison sentence 

Only one way out

What is this existence? 

Screaming for help and never saying a word 

It's a nonstop experience 

It is in all but never seen

A beast is held every moment of everyday

What is the creature that never sees light? 

haunts every moment in life

Always growing and adapting

How do we tame the beast?
