Calm

Before the storm

Or after the tide

Below the water

Is where I confide

The whirl wind above

The earth quake below

The volcanos surrounding

The ash poisoned snow

A gaze meets the gods

Their fury meets his chest

The lightning obliderates

The roaches infest

Head for the hills

As nature thrashes

The end is upon us

Run far away

For your lives are at stake

As the mountains bleed and the lakes rush

Your salvation

Is frozen and still

Your savior and hero

Is tired and ill

There is no cause

In defending yourselves

Allow your passage

Into wind swept hell

For this storm

Has no calm

And your civilization

Is completely gone.

And I laugh.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Just a furious releasing of my anger and frustration I guess.
