June 2013 If i were to see you again i bet,
we'd both act like we never met,
what happened to the girl i loved?
i was led to an edge and quickly shoved,
we make believe i've never seen you,
you've never seen me, was it ever true?
i can barely sleep with this fear of dreams,
add on how i'm supposed to coach my own team,
who would follow a man such as me?
many will fall for a girl just like she,
when i see her again i'll have nothing to say,
i'll keep my distance about 12 steps away,
i always thought it was a joke,
that we were so rich yet acted so broke,
always thought it was a shame,
that yet again i fell for a girl playing games.
