dreams like Pfeiffer, and i wish you'd tell,

i'd make all your resolutions happen, desires in sight,

just gimme a list and it'll happen before midnight,

i promise it's right, you left and it was wrong,

you took out my heart, and i grew a new one through song,

through strumming my guitar, i've calmed and eased,

my pain will never again force me to just please,

someone deserves me, and me to them,

i just wish that moment would finally happen,

haven't i proved to the love gods that i'm fit,
