Sitting there
I think of where you have been
Praying to God
That this will not be the end
You have fought for survival
And you are determined to win
When they looked at us hopelessly
We refused to give in
You have your family

You told you that you would make it
Even though you think we’ve lied
Grandpa, we need you
There is so much we need
Without you with us
What kind of life will we lead?
Maybe I am selfish
And only thinking of me
But I am your princess

I am begging and pleading
With all I have to give
But I guess whatever happens
Is part of God’s will
