You wanted me when I shouldn't be wanted 

Loved me when I couldn't be loved

Showed me things I've never been showed. 

You held me tight and close 

Stayed composed till I can compose 

You smile when I can't 

And see things that I don't 

And every day I fall more and more in love with you for it 

For the way you make my heart beat faster 

Or skip a beat 

For the way you reach for me when I'm riding in the front seat

Or the way you smile at me even with your sleepy eyes

The way you can make me laugh in the mist of anger or tears. 

I love you for the years to come 

For the way you want me in our bed and you make any place with you home. 

For the way you protect me from yourself and the bad

I love you for the happy days and even the sad. 

I love you in the middle of our fights and our brightest day 

And I love you for every and any way. 

I love the way your lips meet mine with want and softness 

The way you wrap your arms around me with tenderness. 

I love you for the way you call my name 

And for the times you make me normal and the times you drives me insane. 

I love you for being here. In every moment with me

And for the way that you look into my eyes and you truly see
