A presence falls into the darkness of the daylight.
I am waiting to meet it with anticipation.
Evil sheds like slipping reptiles of hate.
Shattering the olive oil of desire.
As quick as it arrived.
It was serenely gone.
And I wondered.
why it
dried.

A demon danced like evil inside of my heart.
I cringed like a woman giving  open birth.
I chant like wounded old rosary beads.
Killing the desire for living alive.
Ending the mocking ugly face.
I only thought that
it would always
seem to
end.
