I want to follow the gleam
In my own inner eye-
And to go where it leads me -
Where adventure is nigh;
To commit myself to him
On a lover's sweet sigh
To stand with him, ever there,
Letting past life roll by.
I want to act on my dreams-
To have the courage to.
I want to melt barriers,
Forge doorways to the new.
I want so to be with him -
No absences to rue.
I want to dance in his arms -
Forever heed love's cue
