MY PRECIOUS ANDRINA
The night of December tenth two thousand and four
AT exactly eleven forty-seven
A night unlike one before
I recieved a gift from heaven
Andrina was the angels name
A true blessing shining bright
A little too early she came
Into our world with a fight
As I looked upon her fragile state
Feeling the anxiety of all my fears
A miracle is what it would take
To wash away all the tears
I know God would find a way
To make Andrina grow stronger
And as time passed day by day
She would feel pain no longer
Now I see her adorable, curious eyes
Her smile that warms my heart
She is my inspiration, my firefly
And I pray we are never apart
As I trace her chubby, little cheeks
Hold her lovely little hands
Tickle her cute, little feet
I start to fully understand
My love for Andrina is timeless
She has brought my life new meaning
Her laughter is music at it's best
Her embraces leave such a warm feeling
Andrina, you make my days so happy
So I decided to write this for you
Mommy's proud of you now and forever will be
And I will always be here for you, too
