Souls, becoming aware they have that nature

understand that the contours of want

are very much shaped like those of need,

despite the difference in nomenclature.

Such souls---vocally or silently---plead

(despite the vociferous, sometimes deadly, distractions

set forth by prudes, haters, and others, ignorant)

for those exquisitely intimate satisfactions

of which only the well informed are cognizant.

You might even call them---The Initiated.

Their eager pleasures are much appreciated
