The Magi knew more of the true astronomy
than we know in this "modern" century:
for their Faith received the epiphanic star
which led them on a holy pilgrimage, far
along the holy and prophesied path---
without regard to worldly doubts or wrath.
They found Chrst, our God, in humble Bethlehem,
rather than the city that would condemn
Him later---arrogant Jerusalem---
when He attained, of our years, thirty-three.
