Helping everyone

You smile at the world

But see reality and run



You think you deserve me

By another rose

Maybe when you’re older you’ll see

You need to move from that pose



You love the popularity

But hate it just the same

When will you realize

That what you’re living is a game



You look into my eyes

As if you know all about me

But now you’re trying too hard

To find the hidden key



You probably mean well

And that I respect

And now I can tell

You know the broken heart effect



I saw you staring at the moon

When no one was there

I saw another layer

That I wish you would share



You don’t have to be perfect

You don’t have to be strong

You can pretend to know everything

And still be wrong
