We are like a puzzle of uncompleted pasts

Folder:
2011

Anger clicks with temperance
Lessons both sides must learn
Caring matches indifference
A balance of impassive concern

Opinions juxtaposing secrecy
Each colouring the other
Beauty bonding benevolence
Like a child to a mother

You bring to me silence
Taking the time to think and know
I teach you to talk it over
To spark a fire and watch it grow

One alone is just a half
Of the ideal that makes one whole
Together a complete puzzle
Match at the jagged edges of soul
