My heart is racing
My legs are aching
My body feels worn
Down
My muscles hurt
Like they are on fire
After running for
So long
But I had to run
I had to get away
I couldn't stay
And watch him
Love her
And treat me like
Garbage
I couldn't emotionally
Take it
And it was physically
Draining
My tears have been
Falling
As I have ran away
My breath is coming
Fast
My lungs seem to be on
Fire
I want to collapse
Here on the ground
And cry hard
And long
Till I cant cry
Anymore
But I refuse to
Let me drop down
Not until
I reach somewhere
I can safely cry
Where he wont see me
Break down
And cry
Over him
