Lifes Feelings
As I look to the night sky I look to the stars for guidance and for some sense of peace and tranquility. My mind seems in a haze like that of the night, as the fog settles on the forests of pines. I often think of life and wonder how it will turn out? Can I have forever? Is there such a thing ? I know of right now If I live life to the fullest each day, thinking and hoping, wishing that a day will come that I can have forever. My fears I keep revealed inside locked within me in the darkness of my heart. For if I let the fear rule me how shall I end up? Will I let the fear rule ? Or shall I let it remain? A secret fear within my soul?
As I look to the night sky my breath escapes my lips in a quiet sigh, I feel at peace and at one with nature. I look to the mighty pine trees that dot the landscape, I look at them and see in them the old ways, see their peace and there majesty. For they were here long before I. The wind picks up slightly and on the wind it is here I sit beneath the pines and listen to her lessons she has to teach. The wind whispers to me of patience, humility, and of compassion. I nod and continue to listen to her teachings. As I listen to the wind the moon beings to rise in the eastern sky, rising slowly in all her glory. This night is a full Moon and I sit and watch in awe as she rises in the night sky. The stars twinkle and seem to recognize Mother Moon for what she is, Goddess, Mother, and Protector. I sigh and call out to her and to the night I let out a howl with joy to the night and to Mother Moon
