The sun sets,

And the world

Grows dark.

But it won't

Stay dark

For very long.

The sun

Will rise

The very next

Morning,

And give it's light

To all

The world.

The moon

Is a sliver

One night,

But then

Grows dark,

And the stars

Don't give

Much light.

But the moon

Won't be gone

Forever.

It will become

A sliver again,

Then slowly

Become

A full moon.

Like the sun

And the moon,

My faith

And my hope

Won't stay dark

For too long.

I will shine

And rise

Once again.

Like the

Bright Sun

And the

Full Moon
