I hope to find it around every corner,

sometimes I even catch a glimpse

but to me,

it's just a mirage.



As much as I love it,

as much as I want it

I just can't have it.

Even when I'm willing to lose everything I have for it.



I want, need, and love itbut I don't know where it is.

I thought it was here, so I came,

now it feels as if it's there.



I want it back,

but I just can't have it.

The cosmic joke has begun,

and will forever continue.



I'll never get to it,

I'll never know where it is,

I'll always just miss

asit travels through my heart.



It just isn't here,

sdn't there,

isn't with a person,

and is barely there in my memories.
