I feel sick and empty

Cold and alone

Burning yet freezing

Collapsing yet bursting

Confused and writhing

Just wanting someone to hold

To be held

But too scared to allow it

Too scarred to search

Drowning , can't breathe

Burning, collapsing, dying

Not sure if I can stand up like before

If I can come back

Too cold

Too far away

Too far gone.
