love songs

Love songs are just the want

You want when you want some want to want

Because you have nothing to want.

Jesus is just the father you need when the flesh and blood ones scare you away.

The ones scared away are the ones pretending there is something.

Something is like existence but without the emotional bullshit,

Emotional bullshit is existence, but without the depth you would expect.

The expect think we are from dust, and not it.

Pacifists don’t condemn war,

They just like being spectators,

Spectators don’t fear action

They are just not up to it.

Saints aren’t godly,

They just run from the devil,

Because family reunions aren’t so fun,

When it means being nude.

Being nude isn’t about lacking clothes,

Its about others knowing they are only clothes.

Vegetarians don’t care about the cows,

But if you eat cow, where will you stop?

Because if they stop at nothing,

They wont be able to go on.

They know that to realize their fate,

They must pretend everything is set in stone.

Being stone is not about being principled,

It’s about surviving the next fall,

The next fall is not about failure,

It’s about the sadism of triumph.

Socializing is not about others,

It’s about hoping you can take some more to yourself.

Mourning is not about losing the one ones you love

It’s about losing the ones, who let you forget about being loved,

Being loved isn’t about tenderness,

It’s about going on with all the nothingness,

Despite all the want.
