My heart so naive has begun learning
My face is beginning to look more like me,
Somewhere from the darkness I've been set free,
Even though all I love is now gone,
I have found a new way to be strong,
Some how I've managed to reach inside,
Past all the negativity and empty pride,
A light was gleaming from inside the dark,
A real person amidst a vigilant heart,
Tired and lonely, I finally believe,
I dont need anyone else to make me happy,
