You always took the time

To see through all my sorrow

You'd be there to lend me a dime

And see me through tomorrow

I know you felt a different way

From the feelings I had intended

But now I see from the look on your face

I know you did not pretend

So then you left when I told you to

But then never came back when I wanted you

I miss you now that you are gone

Even though what I did was wrong

It's lonely sometimes when you're not around

Instead of smile, now I frown

I sometimes sit and think about you

But I know that is something you don't do

If I can't say it through my words

Let "I'm sorry: From me to you" be heard
