 Employment discrimination is evident
when company's refuse to hire people
based on age, gender, race, sexuality, medical conditions
and certainly isn't acceptable to decline
an application because of 
rumors, slander, and dubbing
applicants as heart-attacks
or refusing to expand your employees
because you don't wait to 
change, train, or stop talking.
 
Take the time to review their work history,
do background checks,
have interviews and give people a fair shot
for obtaining a new job or career, 
especially after speaking with their
references to confirm they're an asset and
stop employment discrimination.
