A boyfriend is found through 

communication, personality compatibility, attractions. 

A boyfriend is found through

behaviors, negotiations, compromises. 

A boyfriend is found through 

emotions, affection, memories. 

A boyfriend is found through

transgressions of being 

an acquiescence to a friend 

to a best friend 

into coral hearts racing, 

eyes locking, a kiss ignites, and

you know he's the only man to want to date, 

be your b/f and embark a journey of a relationship 

and with time your child 

doesn't just have a play-date, 

but a man to be his dad, 

a dad to love his mom, 

and bloom into a family garden.
