Father
I grew up in a struggle
With my only brother
My parents were unstable
Stressed and unable
I felt so alone and cold hearted
After time my family parted.
We went different paths that we sought
So much hurt and its alot
Made different choices and still our voices
We're not heard, but yet We've learned
Left in the burner in the back
Hardships relay just stack and stack
Relationships can be so hard
With our family, friends and afar
Confused, disconnected and lost in the fog
Where it lands we dont know its lost.
No, no, no, its not all gone
PLEASE Keep going it wont be long
The truth and love THAT you really seek
Is REALLY all in a circle at your feet
You look down to see the flow
The smiles and love are so real
The sunshine and grows
To this day I don't regret
All the progress we have met
My father true and realistically unblind
Has yet to leave me soley behind
He has shown such love and true assistance
I have learned there's no real resistance
I truely know there is much to be
He had shown me no resiliency
That it all comes down to pure clearancy
And that family is always there for me.
I refuse to let it all go and be lost
Letting go there is no real cost
And to regret and fret and and forget
Is really worse than just letting it set
Such loving memories and validities
Letting them stray to far and wonder
Will never help me in the long run
Or solve and have me ponder
Of what may be or whats to come
But a father who's loves shine through
Can fix alot with the struggles through you
So don't take for granted what you have in love
Take heed and push through and rise above.
And if you lose what matters the most
You can be lost becauee of the cost
Cherish this time and the love you gain
If not , later in life you might live in vain.
A fathers love is so very inviting
So take that in and be sp lighting
One day it may be all gone
And you will seek what you really long
And that moment of memory and trust
Before you for forget and yes you must
Take it all in with light and love
Strongest thing is you will rose above.
A fathers precious time with his most cherishied time
Is the best of the world and you are his rhyme
Take it so serious and smile at that
Your father loves you and thats a fact.
You never know what might conspired
He may be gone and you're haywired
But alway cherish every time he made you smile
That happiness goes for a inch or a mile.
I love you dad and you're the best to me
You make me reach my destiny
You say it as it should
And I know its true and I would
Make the best of my life and grow
You taught me and I know
You are right and I will learn
You had the best interest I yearn
To be the best that I could be.
You taught me and that's what I'll be.
