Rage Poetry

Shall I open another vein for you?

Drip

prettily

on your quivering tongue?

Would you crave this time

a familiar scar?

I have many

each pale stripe a severed hope

A virgin vessel perhaps

tumescent

plump with benediction

yielding ripely under the blade

No. An artery

my sublime offering

Take it

I know your need

I'll slash it wide for you

One last time

your satiety is mine

I'll watch

soft smile fading

while you wallow in me

In pulsing

crimson

supplication

my life avulsed

for your unslakeable

thirst
