Wings

Wings unfurled against the wall,

doesn't matter large or small.

Delicate they are.

Flesh as soft as I recalled,

the mere touch had me enthralled.

She was quite the star.

Fell in love with her that night,

she was such a lovely sight.

My heart filled with joy.

It took off with wings of flight,

I don't want to make it trite.

I'm to be her toy.
