The cockroach king
Everybody fantasizes about the end of the world, everybody thinks that they know how the world will end, everybody thinks that it will either burn or it will get frozen, or if we are lucky it will blow up from all the wars we have in the future, but all of those are wrong, the real reason of why the world ended was because of what is called the cockroach king, what is it? You may ask, but the real question would be, who is the cockroach king? It all started some years ago, humanity was perfect, we had a perfect system of technology, we had the world in our hand, we had abolished all of the problems from pollution to world hunger, everything was going perfect, we had for the first time in a long time perfect harmony, the only part the we didn’t liked about the world was the fact that in order to have this perfect system we had to use cockroaches in order to get rid of all the waste material we made, it was not pretty, so we did all of that outside the city, but we had to basically give the cockroaches all of our trash for them to eat it, it was not pretty but it was a solution that we could work with, and with the passing of time the waste that we gave the cockroaches started to increase, and we started to be less careful about the type of garbage we gave them, since they seemed to eat all of it, we all thought that it would not matter, but one day there was an accident, a cockroach farmer was eaten by the insects, all of the world was devastated, since they didn’t thought that was possible, but since it was a onetime only incident most people stopped caring after a while, but since that time, all of the cockroach farmers started to notice changes in patterns of the insects and one day without a warning all of the cockroaches escaped their respective farms and from all of the cockroaches that were escaping, one giant cockroach came out of the bottom of a farm, and lead the cockroaches to the city where they started to eat everything that was there, whether it was alive or not, they started to eat all the planet, at first it was the persons, and then it was normal items, after that went the cars and buildings, and since the cockroaches didn’t have anything to eat anymore they decided to eat the ground, and little by little they ate the planet, after eating the planet they went on and ate their last meal, themselves and by the end the only cockroach left was the giant cockroach, but it wasn’t a cockroach king anymore, since to be a king you need people be a king to, so he ended up in space looking at the emptiness of his life.
