I find gold in my watch

in the essence of body soft.
I've found silver
in the sliver of an oak tree
that carries my ache
in windsongs swaying

in the middle of dark
illuminating colours of beautiful
from the lighthouse that beacons
my sky to you.
I've found rain
in clear blue landslides
that purifies the foundation
of broken roads that lead me

I find happiness
in the simple of smiles
the mirror of your tenderness
eyes, that penetrate my heat
and devastate my heart.
I've found riches
beyond treasures of a Carribean sea
A wisp of your hair
finding the concourse of strawberry wine kisses
Abundant tears
because of the deep pools we splash in
Panther purrs
in unchained melodies
that awaken the beast of my hunger
all,
bringing me wealth in this worship.
