Take a moment to cherish what you hold dear,  

Each breath a gift, a reason to be here.  

Embrace the now, give thanks for the way,  

For the Lord has blessed us with experiences each day.  

When you walk through the valley of the shadows of death,  

Truths become clear, and we learn with each breath.  

Life’s fleeting moments weave a grand design,  

Savor each treasure; let your spirit shine.  

We are but human, and we will stumble and fall,  

But from our failures arise lessons for all.  

These trials will lift us, teach us to see,  

What truly matters as we strive to be free.  

So hold on to moments, let your heart guide,  

Through the valleys and shadows, with faith as your stride.  

For every experience shapes who we are,  

Embrace the journey, and reach for the stars.
