As you sit back and look at your life,
there’s always a love that sticks out in your mind
The one you were sure of and felt every ounce of love
the one you regret that stupid fight with,
You look threw the years and she’s the one that got away
wondering what it would feel like if she was in your arms today
you remember the good times and regret the bad
But no matter what you do she is gone today
and you look in the mirror and see the sorrow
Wares the love you let others borrow,
She is gone and out of your life
You’ll always be in her heart but never her soul
you let go and can never gain your hold again
she moved on and lives her life
but your now married and she’s not your wife,
but no matter what the love in your heart is hers tomorrow. . . .
