Someone I just met, but already know
it hurt so much I almost said no
I had no idea that it was you!
The pain I felt was of no concern,
because of what I am, I gave up it all
This is the prize that I had to earn
you are so much more than I ever thought
but yet after the years, you still knew my face.
A treasure to me that I cannot replace,
a stranger in my own home, so out of place.
It felt so good to me, but was so much pain to be!!
