I wont look back

close my eyes

mourn for nights

we have had



I wont turn my head

lose my rhythm

find the impossibilities

of losing you



I wont vanish in time

bow out behind you

lose the respect

of all those around



I wont hide my face

or close my eyes

won't shield my heart

or my fragile mind



I wont give up

I wont turn away

I will not, shall not

let go of love
