With those sad

Disappearing acts

Once every couples of months'

Like a flame snuffed out.

I haven't been looking for you

I haven't been reaching out

Does it suprise you

King of the unknown

Master of illusion

Breaker of links, and thoughts and chains

And beliefs, and promises

and hearts.

You saw it in my eyes didn't you?

That I knew you were gone

But I haven't missed you
