Came to see me

Far from my past

After decades of separation

Years had gone by

We hugged each other

And we cried a lot

Tears of joy

Tears of pain

And we finally decided

To take this flight

Deep into my distant past

Moments long forgotten

Pages lost

From my childhood

To my early days of youth

So clearly marked

Joyous days

And the days of loss

What a glorious timet
