I see both the Sun and Stars
From where I stand
The edge of the cliff
Holding your hand
Life is a gift
They threw it away
The world at its end
There is no other way
This was foretold
By God, Through men of old
It was their choice, to ruin the Earth
Each man, sinning from birth
Now we can watch, their cities fall
Those lying, corrupt, know it alls
God is just
Saving the faithful
Killing who he must
On this day, their world ends
Because with God, they were not friends
We will look back to now
When these rulers of men
Dropped in awe
For they have sinned
The day we saw
The Sun and the Stars
And remember how
Their lives ended, as we started ours
