Remember that each and every step is our own,
Our lives are ours to control,
we, and we alone have the power to change the paths we follow.
We may meet people who influence our choices,
they may be their to teach us a lesson,
or to help guide us to our eventual path,
it is up to us to see where they fall.
Keep those who strengthen you close,
hold the hands of those who encourage you,
and support those who push you beyond what you were.
Never forget those left behind as all lessons taught are valuable,
push forward, love who you are, never forget:
A heart forged in the flames of hardship will always grow stronger.
Lastly, search out beauty in everything,
happiness still exists in the bleakest of situations,
negativity only begets more negativity,
focus on the light.... and always push forward...
