Alot of people are dealing with these circumstances
stuck in and out the past with old romances
swearing that this time will make a difference
always quick to talk but never trying to listen
buckled up in the passengers side
yet there's never anyone on the drivers seat ready to ride
telling yourself that this is real
trying to make others believe when EVEN you know the deal
making excuses for why you stay running back
pretending that their all you need when there's much that they lack
constantly wiping your tears to fake a smile
thinking they feeling the same, when all the while
there not
sorry to say but some things will never change
you may alter the frame, but the picture will still be the same
